WOOD

Window Coverings With Hart only deals with manufactures that have put in the work of research and development. Our top-of-the-line hardwood is not only dimensionally stable, stronger and finely grained, it is eco-friendly. The materials we offer are hand sanded and painted/stained multiple times, resulting in a super-premium, translucent finish. Our products also go through a process called Prescription Wood Conditioning. The moisture levels throughout the world are different. Our curing and drying processes match the wood's moisture content to the region in which they will be installed, ensuring the wood's long term structural integrity. This is key when selecting a lifetime wood product for your home or place of business.
The ultimate in materials, featuring the most custom options, our shutter offerings are designed for those who demand the best. At Window Coverings With Hart, we understand that beauty is more than skin deep; our passion for heirloom-furniture craftsmanship and focus on innovation continue to define the industry’s standards for quality.

ENGINEERED WOOD

The EcoSmart Engineered Wood Shutter has a solid MDF core – real wood in an advanced state, offering incredible density and strength. A Patented Polypropylene Coating protects, making our shutters even more durable and robust. Our engineered shutters offer better consistency and durability than regular wood shutters. EcoSmart shutters offer far better heat resistance than VINYL and PVC shutters which melt, faded and sag over time. Our shutters will NOT fade or yellow with sun exposure, will NOT chip or crack over time and will NOT stain. Thats why we can offer you a Limited Lifetime Warranty.  Our Engineered Wood Shutters are made from wood composite MDF utilizing 95% of the tree. Our process creates significantly less waste, and produces one of most eco-friendly materials around. EcoSmart’s patented polypropylene coating creates a durable and robust surface that resists cracking or chipping. Polypropylene is widely used in automobile exteriors, appliances and helmets and is manufactured in a way that is safe, dependable, and lasting.
